Just found out there will be a The Tudorsesque drama about the 15th century Borgia family. If it hadn't been for the fact that they will probably ruin it like they did said series, this would have been ridiculously awesome. Like the Tudors, the Borgia family has a history so incredible it needs no embellishment. Nevertheless, they will add a slew of unnecessary sex scenes and distill the plot into petty domestic conflict more accessible to the average dumb-ass american (and dumb-asses around the world).
Will have Jeremy Irons, though The Tudors had Sam Neil - and it still sucked!
